PERSONAL PROJECTS
For the purposes of this website, I'm putting anything that's not written for video games in this section.
I write music for concert settings and for... not concert settings (???), and both of those categories are here!
Here's the most recent personal project that I released, REVELATION IN DEATH.
It's an album that covers themes of death, decay, and existential dread! I tried doing a bit more with unusual harmony, DSP, and sound design with this, and think it came out pretty neat. Check it out! If you want.
The concept for it was drafted in late 2019, after a close call with death. I chose not to go through with it at the time out of fear of making a mockery of a serious subject, but came back to it in 2024.
The piano in The Eyes Are Gone When You Look Away was recorded by the fantastic Sean Antongiorgi!
